The second ministerial conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum will convene in Cairo before the end of 2025, announced Tatyana Dovgalenko, Director of the Russian Foreign Ministry's Africa Partnership Department.
"This year's ministerial conference in Cairo will focus specifically on trade and economic cooperation," Dovgalenko stated during a press conference marking the launch of the "TASS-Africa: Path of Friendship" international press tour. "We expect it to serve as a crucial step in preparing for the third Russia-Africa Summit scheduled for next year."
The diplomat confirmed that Russian officials are working closely with African partners to organize the event. Moscow anticipates strong participation from African representatives, with economic cooperation forming the core of the discussions.
