The meeting of the Russian-Kyrgyz intergovernmental commission on trade, economic, scientific, technical and humanitarian cooperation has commenced in Bishkek, a TASS correspondent reports.
Co-chaired by Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers Chairman Adylbek Kasymaliev and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk, the session is being held in both restricted and expanded formats.
The day before the meeting, Overchuk and Kasymaliev inspected the construction progress of a Russian-language school in Bishkek – one of nine educational facilities being built in Kyrgyzstan under a bilateral cooperation agreement with Russia.
