Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud has urged the international community to take immediate steps to bring an end to the ongoing conflict in the Gaza Strip. He conveyed this message during a meeting in Beijing with the foreign ministers of China and other Muslim countries.

"We need to convey a resounding message: we must immediately stop hostilities and bloodshed, and we must urgently facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza," stated the minister, as reported by Saudi Arab News. The foreign minister highlighted the perilous escalation in Gaza, underscoring the pressing need for robust international initiatives to halt the violence, which has already resulted in the tragic loss of approximately 12,000 lives.

The minister arrived in Beijing as part of a delegation comprising foreign ministers from both the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Arab League.
