Saudi Arabia has not yet made a final decision on joining BRICS and is still assessing the invitation to become part of the bloc, Kingdom's Minister of Economy and Planning Faisal Al-Ibrahim told in an interview with Bloomberg.
“It’s important to remember that the Kingdom consistently aims to foster global dialogue. We’ve been invited to join BRICS, just as we have been invited to participate in other multilateral platforms in the past. Historically, we have always carefully evaluated all aspects before making any decision. We are currently in the middle of that process,” the minister said.
