US Airstrikes Target Yemen’s Hodeidah Province

21 March

The US military launched a series of airstrikes on Yemen’s Hodeidah province, an area controlled by the Houthi movement Ansar Allah, Al Masirah TV reported.

According to the channel, the strikes hit the Al-Tuhayta district, about 70 kilometers south of the port city of Hodeidah. At least six airstrikes were carried out in the town of Al-Faza. No details on casualties or damage have been provided.

Since March 15, the US has been conducting large-scale strikes against Houthi-controlled areas in Yemen under orders from President Donald Trump. US Central Command stated that the operation aims to protect American interests and ensure the security of maritime navigation.
