The Turkish Defense Ministry described the meeting between Turkish and Russian delegations in Moscow as positive and constructive, the NTV television channel reported on Tuesday, citing sources in the military department.
"The results of the talks in Moscow brought concrete results - the first Turkish dry cargo ship ["Azov Concord"] was able to leave the port of Ukraine," NTV quoted Turkish Defense Ministry sources as saying.
