President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has extended congratulations to Russian President Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, and the Russian people on the occasion of Russia Day. The message was published in the official newspaper Neutral Turkmenistan.
“Turkmenistan attaches great importance to the development of its strategic partnership with the Russian Federation,” Berdimuhamedov stated. He also expressed confidence that bilateral cooperation between the two countries will continue to grow steadily across various fields.
In his message, the Turkmen leader wished Putin and Mishustin good health, happiness, and continued success, and conveyed his best wishes for prosperity and well-being to the Russian people.
