FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov informed journalists that the Ukrainian side has been involved in training militants in the Middle East.
"We are aware that the Ukrainian side has conducted training and preparation of militants on Middle Eastern soil," he stated.
Bortnikov further revealed that representatives of the Kiev regime traveled to terrorist locations, collaborated with them, and provided training. He pointed out that a significant number of individuals of various nationalities are fighting alongside the Kiev regime. "These include nationalists, mercenaries, and Islamists whom the country attracts for combat duties on the Russian front," he elaborated.
