With deepest sorrows, I am writing to express my condolences to you, the people of your country, and the families of the victims who have been affected by the recent horrific terror attack on the 22nd of March in Moscow. It is truly heartbreaking to hear about such harsh violence that has claimed the lives of over 100 innocent individuals.
