Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in the UAE on a state visit. At the airport of Abu Dhabi, he was met by the Crown Prince of the Emirate, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The bilateral talks between Putin and Al Nahyan will be held at the UAE Presidential Palace Qasr Al Watan. The parties also will visit the exhibition of investment projects and meet with representatives of business circles of Russia and the UAE.
The main topics of the talks are the strengthening of bilateral cooperation in trade, economic and investment spheres, international and regional issues with an emphasis on the situation in Syria, Libya, Yemen and the Persian Gulf region.
