Direct flights from Saratov's Gagarin International Airport to Istanbul (Turkey) will begin for the first time on June 25, according to the airport's press service.
"Starting June 25, flights from Gagarin International Airport (operated by Airports of Regions) to Istanbul will launch for the first time. The airline Iraero will operate weekly flights from Saratov to Turkey’s largest city every Wednesday," the statement reads.
Departure from Saratov is scheduled for 08:00 local time (07:00 Moscow time), with arrival in Istanbul at 11:05 Moscow time. The flights will be operated using Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft.
