EMERCOM Special Flight with Russians Arrives in Zhukovsky from Egypt

A special Russian Emergencies Ministry aircraft has arrived in Moscow from Egypt, carrying over 80 Russian citizens who left Israel via its land border. The plane touched down at Zhukovsky International Airport at 06:36 a.m. MSK, according to a TASS correspondent on the scene.

 

There were 84 Russian nationals on board the aircraft, consisting of diplomatic staff and their family members who had been stationed in Israel. This group, which included 38 children, left the country through land crossings into Sharm el-Sheikh.

 

Upon arrival at the airport, they were met by officials from the MFA, EMERCOM, as well as specialists from the Center for Emergency Psychological Aid.
