Russian President Vladimir Putin attracts interlocutors by clarity and frankness, as well as the ability to win people over using hospitality and warmth. Ezzat Saad, former Egyptian Ambassador to Russia (2006-2010), Director of the Egyptian Council for International Affairs, member of the Group of strategic vision Russia-Islamic world said in an interview for RIA Novosti as part of a project dedicated to Putin's 20th anniversary as the head of the country.
"Putin is a skilled politician who speaks clearly and frankly... I have met Vladimir Putin many times. First of all, I was attracted by the fact that he is a professional politician who is aware of the interests of his country and people and constantly strives to implement them... But he is also a gracious host who welcomes his guests warmly and generously. I remember one of the visits of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak to Russia. President Putin received him at his home. He created the most friendly atmosphere for the guests. It was very comfortable. The talks lasted more than three hours," the Agency quoted the diplomat as saying.
