Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov has expressed support for President Vladimir Putin's statement that Russia is prepared for war with Europe.
“There will be no hesitation, Vladimir Vladimirovich. We are awaiting your command. Any such conflict would end swiftly and decisively, not in favor of those who chose to start a war with Russia,” Kadyrov posted on his Telegram channel.
Previously, Putin noted that Russia has never sought, and does not seek, war with Europe — a position Moscow has consistently maintained. He added, however, that should Europe initiate hostilities, there should be no doubt about Russia’s ability to respond immediately.
