One Palestinian was killed on Wednesday in clashes with the Israeli military in the West Bank city of Jenin. The Palestinian Ministry of Health said on Facebook (banned in Russia; owned by Meta Corporation, which is recognized as extremist in Russia) that nine others were wounded, two of whom are in serious condition.
According to the WAFA news agency, the Israeli military, accompanied by two bulldozers, entered the city from several directions in the morning and blocked the access to the city. After the Arabs resisted, the Israelis began firing heavily. The agency also reports that the security forces blew up an apartment building with an anti-tank missile.
The Israeli military has continued daily operations and counter-terror raids in the West Bank since April 10 in response to a series of terror attacks in Jewish state cities that killed 20 people.
