Russian President Vladimir Putin extended his condolences to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev following the tragic crash of an Azerbaijan Airlines plane near Aktau, Kazakhstan. Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin's spokesperson, shared this with reporters.
"Unfortunately, President Ilham Aliyev had to leave Saint Petersburg. President Putin has already spoken with him, expressing his condolences over the crash of the Azerbaijani aircraft in Aktau. We deeply sympathize with those who have lost loved ones in this tragedy and wish a speedy recovery to all survivors," Peskov stated.
