"On March 20, the same day the president hosts the Chinese president, he will address the second international Russia-Africa parliamentary conference," the Kremlin representative said.
The conference "is a preparation to the second Russia-Africa summit, which will be held July 27-28 in St. Petersburg," said Ushakov, who heads the organizing committee for the summit. According to him, more than a hundred different events will be held before the forum.
