The barbaric rocket and bomb strikes occurring against the backdrop of the negotiation process — including those on residential targets which led to the deaths of children and civilians, Supreme Leader of Iran Ali Khamenei and members of his family, and other representatives of the Iranian leadership — constitute a gross violation of the fundamental principles and norms of international law, bringing chaos and an escalation of violence to the entire Middle East region."
Rustam Minnikhanov called for the necessity of an immediate cessation of hostilities, the condemnation of US-Israeli aggression, and a return to negotiations for a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
