Russia plans to establish a logistical support point for the Navy in Sudan

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin approved the draft agreement between Russia and Sudan on the establishment of a logistics point for the Russian Navy on the territory of Sudan and instructed to submit a proposal for signing the agreement to the President. The corresponding decree was published on Wednesday on the official legal information portal.


The project was presented by the Ministry of Defense, agreed with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Supreme Court, the Prosecutor General and the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation and preliminarily worked out with the Sudanese side.
