Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Georgy Borisenko and Pakistani Ambassador to Russia Faisal Niaz Tirmizi met to discuss the intensifying tensions in the Middle East. The meeting was detailed in a statement from the Russian diplomatic agency.
"During the conversation, the parties exchanged views on current issues on the regional and international agenda," the ministry noted. "The main focus was placed on the escalation of tension in the Middle Eastern region."
