Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Honors Tunisian Ambassador for Strengthening Ties

Mikhail Bogdanov, the Russian Presidential Special Representative for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister, conferred a badge upon Tarak bin Salem, the Tunisian Ambassador to Moscow, in recognition of his efforts to bolster bilateral relations. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation confirmed this in an official statement.

 

The ministry highlighted that Tarak  bin Salem was presented with a badge labeled "For Cooperation" by the Russian Foreign Ministry, acknowledging his substantial personal contributions to enhancing Russian-Tunisian relations.

 

Furthermore, the diplomatic encounter encompassed discussions on various facets aimed at advancing the historically warm relations between Russia and Tunisia. These discussions included strategies for deepening political dialogue and augmenting trade, economic, and humanitarian cooperation between the two nations.
