Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu has extended an official invitation to Ali Al Shamsi, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for National Security of the United Arab Emirates, to visit Moscow for in-depth consultations. The invitation was made on the sidelines of the 13th International Meeting of High Representatives for Security Issues, currently taking place in Moscow.
“Mr. Al Shamsi, I appreciate your personal participation in this high-level gathering,” Shoigu said during his meeting with the Emirati official. “I look forward to welcoming you in Moscow at your convenience for the next round of full-scale consultations.”
Shoigu also conveyed his greetings to senior Emirati leaders, including UAE Vice President Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan and National Security Advisor Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who also serves as Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi.
