Chairman of the Russian-Egyptian Business Council, grandson of Egypt's last king, Mikhail Orlov took part in the international forum Moving from Dialogue to Partnership of Civilizations.

Chairman of the Russian-Egyptian Business Council, grandson of Egypt's last king, Mikhail Orlov took part in the international forum Moving from Dialogue to Partnership of Civilizations.

 

 

He focused on humanistic ideas of Islam and called for dialogue with Muslims.

 



"Out of all religions, true Islam is the most tolerant one. The Quran recognizes all religions. Take the story of how Islam appeared in Egypt, there was no war. This is a role model to study the impact of religion on society," said the chairman of the Russian-Egyptian Business Council, grandson of Egypt's last king, Mikhail Orlov.

 



The international forum Moving from Dialogue to Partnership of Civilizations has been co-sponsored by Russia's MGIMO University and the RIW group.
