The terrorists who had been eliminated during the special operation in Grozny's Oktyabrsky district came to Chechnya from Syria to carry out terrorist acts.

The head of the region, Ramzan Kadyrov, reported this in his Telegram channel.

"Recently, these "shaitans" have been on the run outside Russia, hiding in Syria and other countries. Now, having received an order from their Western sponsors, they returned and decided to carry out a series of terrorist attacks," Kadyrov wrote.

According to him, the militants had long been in the operational base and were wanted. Kadyrov also published data on the liquidated militants.

Three of them are natives of Grozny - registered in the Chechen Republic, the fourth is also registered in Chechnya, and no information about his place of birth is given.
