The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov visited the Grozny hospital with patients with the coronavirus.
"Kadyrov, dressed in an anti-plague suit, talked with patients, got acquainted with the working conditions of medical staff," the press service of the head and government of the Republic reported, in particular.
The chief doctor of the hospital Anzor Baysaev told the Chechen leader about the condition of the patients. In general, the condition of the patients, according to him, is assessed as satisfactory.
Currently, 76 patients are being treated at the hospital. Two are connected to ventilators, four people are on oxygen support. In other cases, the disease proceeds without complications.
In Chechnya, according to the latest data, 219 cases of coronavirus infection were registered. Five people died.
