Andrey Nazarov was appointed Prime Minister of Bashkiria

First Deputy Prime Minister of Bashkiria Andrey Nazarov was appointed Prime Minister of the government of the Republic, his candidacy was presented by the head of the region Radiy Khabirov and supported at the plenary session of the Parliament of the Republic on Thursday.


Nazarov's candidacy was supported by all 92 deputies present.


"I am signing a decree on Prime Minister of the Republic, on the appointment of Andrey Nazarov as Prime Minister of the government of the Republic of Bashkortostan," Khabirov said.


He asked Nazarov within a month to make proposals on the structure of the executive bodies of state power, the apparatus and the personal composition of the regional government.


In his speech, the appointed Prime Minister presented a brief program for the development of the Republic, noting measures to attract investment, create jobs, develop tourism and social infrastructure, and answered questions from deputies.


Nazarov was born in 1970 in Bashkiria, has a legal and economic education, a candidate of political sciences. From 2011 to 2014, he was an adviser to the President of Bashkiria, and since 2014 - co-Chairman of the all-Russian public organization Delovaya Rossiya. In the same year, he became co-Chairman of the organizing committee of the Yalta international economic forum.
