The secret service received information on Thursday that a supporter of an international criminal organization was preparing an attack in the Sovetsky district of the capital of Dagestan for the first time since the beginning of the 2010s. He was found in a private house and offered to surrender.
There were no casualties among civilians and law enforcers.
