Deputies in North Ossetia at the parliamentary council supported the draft federal law "On the basic income of families with children", under which families with underage children are proposed to pay a monthly payment of 10 thousand rubles.
"Established monthly payment in connection with the birth or adoption of the first and subsequent children is carried out at a rate of 10 thousand rubles and is subject to annual indexation to the consumer price index no later than February 1 of the next calendar year ", the explanatory note to the draft law reads.
Those family members who have Russian citizenship and permanently reside on the territory of the country will be able to count on the money.
