Educational complex "Adymnar" with in-depth study of three languages has opened in Kazan

"Adymnar - path to knowledge and consent" multilingual educational complex with in-depth study of Russian, Tatar and English languages was opened on the day of knowledge in Kazan, according to the official website of Tatarstan state adviser Mintimer Shaimiev on Tuesday.

 


"Kazan hosted the opening ceremony of the first multilingual educational complex "Adymnar-the path to knowledge and consent" with in-depth study of Russian, Tatar and English languages. The project to create polylingual educational complexes designed to become a model of a modern school is being implemented in Tatarstan from 2019 with the assistance of the Republican Fund "Vozrozhdenie", the message reads.

 


The project was initiated by Shaimiev, who is the Chairman of the Fund's Board of Trustees. The word "adymnar" is translated from the Tatar language as "the steps," he said during the opening ceremony.

 


"Knowledge leads to harmony between peoples, as you know,  representatives of 173 nationalities live here. Now we are preparing about 400 teachers for polylingual schools, who will teach lessons in different languages, " the press service of the President of Tatarstan quotes Shaimiev.

 


Capacity of polylingual complex "Adymnar - the path to knowledge and consent" in Kazan is 2 504 students. It is formed on the basis of school No. 165. The complex includes a primary school for 480 students in a renovated building, a new bilingual school for 800 students, a polylingual school for 1,224 students, a boarding school, and a  center for additional education.
