Laishevo industrial park in Tatarstan included in federal registry of Russian Minpromtorg

The Russian ministry of industry and trade has included the Laishevo industrial park, a part of the Innopolis special economic zone (SEZ), to the federal registry. This makes it possible to claim reimbursement of part of the costs, the press service of the SEZ told TASS on Thursday.


"One of the facilities of the Innopolis special economic zone - Laishevo industrial park - has been checked for compliance with federal requirements for industrial parks and their management companies, and was included in the federal registry by order of the Russian ministry of industry and trade. Inclusion in the registry of industrial parks of the Russian Minpromtorg will allow the management company of the Innopolis SEZ to claim reimbursement of costs incurred in the creation of the industrial park infrastructure", was reported in the press service.


It is noted that the Laishevo industrial park will implement projects in high-tech production: robotics, mechanical engineering, tool engineering, medical technologies, production of unmanned aerial vehicles. One of the projects implemented within the industrial park is the production of motherboards.


"Compliance with federal requirements will allow the Laishevo industrial park to become a flagship of regional investment policy in the future, residents to apply for state support measures at the federal and regional level, including tax preferences and benefits," the press service quotes Renat Khalimov, General Director of the Innopolis SEZ, as saying.


According to the press service, the total amount of declared non-budgetary investments in the project will reach 2.5 billion rubles, the number of created jobs for residents - more than 1 thousand, the amount of planned federal taxes for residents - 5.1 billion rubles (from 2022 to 2031).


The resolution on creation of the industrial park on the territory of the Innopolis  SEZ in Laishevsky district of Tatarstan was signed by Prime Minister of the Republic Alexey Pesoshin in July. The total area of the park will make 116 hectares, the main building will occupy 8 thousand sq. m. The volume of investments will be 800 million rubles.
