About the Forum
The All-Russian Forum “Development of Small Towns and Historic Settlements” is a key industry event focused on creating a comfortable urban environment. The platform traditionally brings together representatives of federal and regional authorities, development institutions, and leading experts in architecture, urban planning, and design for discussion and the development of new solutions.
This year’s business program will include the announcement of winners of the 10th national competition for the best urban environment projects, as well as the 4th contest for the regions of the Russian Far East.
Public discussions, interactive events, and the plenary session will explore the impact of public space improvement projects and issues surrounding the future development of small towns. One of the forum’s highlights is the educational accelerator organized by the Ministry of Construction, offering insight into new approaches to urban improvement, methods for renewing and preserving memorial areas and military cemeteries, and the development of standards for designing and operating city fountains.
