Rustam Minnikhanov, Rais of Tatarstan, met with Taha Ayhan, President of the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum, at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Minnikhanov expressed gratitude to Ayhan for their joint work on expanding humanitarian partnerships between Russia and OIC member countries.
The rais noted that, with the support of the OIC Youth Forum, the Kazan Global Youth Summit is being held for the fourth time. This year’s event hosts over 200 delegates from 45 countries, with significant participation from South America, Africa and BRICS+ nations.
During the discussion, they explored cooperation in youth contacts and projects, as well as the integration of Tatarstan’s youth into the OIC Youth Forum activities and Islamic youth programs.
