Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has expressed gratitude to Russia and President Vladimir Putin for their assistance in the Ruppur project.
"I would like to thank the government of the Russian Federation and convey my heartfelt gratitude to all those involved in the project. In particular, I wish to express my appreciation to the esteemed Russian President, Vladimir Putin, personally," she remarked.
