Media: Pakistan Seeks to Expand Barter Trade with Russia to All Commodities

20 November

Pakistan intends to extend its barter trade mechanism with Russia to cover all categories of goods, the country's embassy in Moscow informed Izvestia.

"Pakistan aims to continue barter trade across all commodities, not limited to food products," the embassy stated.

The current barter arrangement between the two countries primarily involves food commodities, with Russia exporting chickpeas and lentils in exchange for Pakistani mandarins and rice.
