OPEC said it has received updated compensation plans from seven OPEC+ members—Russia, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, the UAE, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Oman—to make up for earlier overproduction against their quotas.
Taken together, these countries are slated to compensate a cumulative 4.779 million barrels per day of above-quota output between August 2025 and June 2026. Within that total, Russia’s compensation amounts to about 311,000 bpd.
