More than 1,300 restaurants and hotels in the UAE will begin using Russian software for customer service, according to the IT company Inno.
“By the end of the year, the Russian vendor of IT solutions for the hospitality industry, Inno, will begin servicing over 1,300 restaurants and hotels in the UAE. The company’s digital portal allows guests to comfortably select dishes or services and pay their bill contactlessly,” the statement reads.
The agreement was reached with the investment firm The Ultima World during the Gitex technology exhibition. The partnership is expected to generate approximately $1.2 million annually.
“This solution improves service speed and allows guests to receive the service they need faster. The software works by integrating into a guest Wi-Fi portal developed by a partner company,” the company explained.
For instance, after checking into a hotel and logging onto the Wi-Fi portal, guests can book and pay for all services online. In restaurants, visitors will have access to a full menu with photos of all dishes, one-click bill payment, and AI-based recommendations for the best food and drink pairings.
“Our solutions for restaurants and hotels not only enhance the user experience but also reduce the workload on staff. For example, we often see a barista in a café first taking an order and then making the coffee. The process can be optimized for both guests and employees if the barista isn’t distracted by tasks that can be handled by digital platforms,” said Alexander Buravtsov, Inno CEO.
At Gitex, the company also secured agreements to enter the markets of Saudi Arabia, South Korea and Latin America in 2026.
Inno is a Russian IT company specializing in AI-powered guest service solutions and a Skolkovo resident. Its products include self-ordering kiosks and tablets for cafés and restaurants, as well as QR-code menus for smaller venues. Self-ordering kiosks are already installed in more than 400 cafés, restaurants, and food courts in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Novosibirsk and cities in the Russian Far East.
