Russia's President Vladimir Putin and Kyrgyzstan’s President Sadyr Japarov discussed the implementation of joint trade and economic projects during a recent telephone conversation, according to the Kremlin press service.
"A number of pressing issues on the bilateral agenda were discussed, including the realization of joint projects in the trade and economic sphere," the official statement noted.
The two leaders emphasized their commitment to maintaining close cooperation, particularly in light of Kyrgyzstan's current chairmanship of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). Additionally, the presidents agreed to continue their regular personal contacts.
