During the meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the two countries signed two significant agreements in the areas of investment and transport.
The Agreement on Trade in Services and Investments between the governments of Russia and the UAE was signed by Russia’s Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov and UAE’s Minister of Foreign Trade Thani bin Ahmed Al-Zeyoudi.
Additionally, a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Land Transport was signed between the Russian Ministry of Transport, represented by Minister Andrey Nikitin, and the UAE’s Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, represented by Minister Suhail bin Mohammed Al-Mazroui.
