Russian businesses see Bahrain as a promising market for expanding their international operations, and the Russian government is ready to support these efforts, Economic Development Minister Maxim Reshetnikov said in an interview with Bahraini newspaper Al Ayam.
“Russian companies are showing strong interest in entering the Bahraini market. We are prepared to provide them with full support in this endeavor,” Reshetnikov noted. He added that bilateral agreements signed by the leadership of both countries will not only strengthen economic ties but also broaden cooperation across various sectors, including business-to-business engagement.
On June 1, a Russian delegation led by Reshetnikov visited Manama for a working visit. During the trip, the minister met with Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and key officials responsible for the country's economic strategy.
