An industrial park spanning 46,000 square meters is set to be established in Uzbekistan. The facility will host the production of construction materials, household chemicals, and aluminum cans, as revealed by Farid Zakirov, Director General of KIP Master JSC, during the InRussia international business conference and exhibition. A memorandum for the investment project "Localization of production of aluminum cans for beverages on the territory of Navoi Industrial Park 'Master' in the free economic zone 'Navoi' of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was signed during the conference. This agreement involves the region's directorate, KIP Master JSC, and Sevara-cosmetic.
The project's initial phase includes creating an industrial park spanning 46,000 square meters. The project documentation is currently under development, and it's expected that the site will host various production endeavors related to construction materials, household chemicals, and cosmetic products. Zakirov also mentioned the signing of an agreement with one of the anchor residents of the site and that terms of implementation and financing sources will be worked out soon. Additionally, two more small companies have signed agreements to become residents of the site, as they aim to receive support to foster development outside of Russia.
The InRussia international business conference and exhibition spanned two days and attracted more than 3,000 participants from various regions of Russia and over 10 countries. The event included panel discussions and thematic sessions focusing on building an international industrial dialogue, trade and logistics chains, technological partnerships, and the development of industrial parks and special economic zones.
