Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomatic Forum, emphasized the necessity to implement the trilateral agreements between Moscow, Baku, and Yerevan.
"The foreign ministers discussed the state and prospects for further development of bilateral relations in line with the provisions of the Declaration on Allied Cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Azerbaijan of February 22, 2022. The need to implement the set of trilateral agreements of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia in 2020-2022 was confirmed," the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.
The ministers emphasized their commitment to continue joint work within various multilateral formats, including the Caspian Five and the consultative regional platform "3+3." This reflects a broader strategy to strengthen regional cooperation and address shared international issues.
According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, the ministers also engaged in discussions on other international issues of mutual interest.
