The Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education and the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Professional Training of the Republic of Chad have signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation in the field of higher education.
The signing took place during a meeting between the Rector of Moscow State University, Viktor Sadovnichy, representatives from the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, and a delegation from Chad. The memorandum was signed by Konstantin Mogilevsky, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, and Tom Erdimi, Minister of Higher and Professional Education and Science of the Republic of Chad.
"The main thing we will do for Chad is to expand opportunities for young people from the Republic of Chad to receive quality Russian education," Mogilevsky noted.
The Chadian Minister of Education emphasized that the republic aims to conclude this memorandum to facilitate active cooperation between various universities in Russia and Chad.
