During a meeting with President Vladimir Putin at Novo-Ogaryovo, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas voiced strong support for Russia and confidence in its leadership.
"Mr. President, it is always a great pleasure to communicate and consult with you. We believe in you, trust you, and appreciate your support. We stand with you, and we hope this will always be the case," Abbas stated.
He highlighted the long-standing friendship between the Russian and Palestinian peoples. "Over the decades, we have felt consistent support from Russia, both from its government and its people," Abbas added.
