Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has given his approval to the composition of the new government led by Mohammed Mustafa, as reported by the Palestinian agency WAFA.
Mustafa presented his reform program and the proposed cabinet lineup to Abbas, who reviewed the documents and subsequently signed a decree endorsing the new government. The swearing-in ceremony for the new cabinet is scheduled for Sunday, March 31.
In addition to his role as prime minister, Mustafa will also serve as the Palestinian Foreign Minister in the new government.
