On June,19, in Moscow, the presentation of the updated strategy of the Strategic Vision Group “Russia – Islamic World’ was held in the Grand Mansion of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Zinaida Morozova’s estate, which now accommodates the Reception House of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, brought together well-known political, religious figures, scientists and representatives of the diplomatic corps. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who heads the Strategic Vision Group “Russia – Islamic World”, together with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov and Deputy Chairman of the Group Farit Mukhametshin presented the updated strategy for development of the structure, which was designed to accumulate resources of public diplomacy with countries, where a significant part of population practiced Islam.
