Russian President Vladimir Putin is taking the Victory Parade on Tuesday from the central podium on Red Square.
Veterans of the Great Patriotic War, as well as foreign leaders, are watching the solemn march of the troops together with him. Leaders of almost all CIS countries arrived in Moscow on Victory Day: Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan (which is an associated member of the Commonwealth), and Uzbekistan.
The Russian head of state arrived at Red Square accompanied by foreign guests from the Armorial Hall of the Kremlin, where he had earlier met his vis-à-vis.
Participants of the special military operation, family members of fallen servicemen, veterans of combat operations, and cadets are also on the same podium.
