Russian Permanent Representative to international organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov believes that Russia, Iran and China have become a new triangle in international diplomacy.
"The permanent missions of China, Iran and Russia have held productive trilateral consultations on issues of mutual interest," he wrote on Twitter Thursday. "Doesn't this look like a new triangle in multilateral diplomacy - China, Iran and Russia? In fact, this format could easily be enlarged. There are many (if not most) states that are in favor of multilateralism and against attempts to preserve unilateral peace at all costs," the diplomat said.
Previously, Ulyanov called the West the main enemy of the market economy and argued that totalitarian movements are gaining momentum there.
