He noted that the situation in Karabakh has no military solution. The parties to the conflict must exercise restraint.

Earlier on Sunday, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said that the Armenian armed forces fired at settlements on the contact line in Karabakh, according to these data, there are civilian deaths.
