In the area of the Syrian settlement of Arihah, terrorists detonated a homemade bomb on the route of a Russian-Turkish patrol convoy, the Center for reconciliation of the warring parties in the SAR reported.

As a result of the explosion, an armored personnel carrier of the Russian military police and a Turkish armored car were damaged. Three Russian servicemen were slightly injured. There are wounded among the crew of the Turkish armored car.

"Patrolling has been stopped, and damaged vehicles are being evacuated. The command of the Russian group of troops in the Syrian Arab Republic, in cooperation with the Turkish military, as well as the Syrian security agencies, establish the involvement of militants operating in the Idlib de-escalation zone in the attack on the column," the Center said in a statement.

All the victims were quickly evacuated from the area. Russian military personnel were taken to the Khmeimim airbase, where they received all necessary medical care. There is no threat to their lives.
