Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold talks with his Kazakh counterpart Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev in Moscow on February 10, the Kremlin press service said Tuesday.
"It is planned to discuss the state and prospects of further development of the whole complex of Russian-Kazakh allied relations, issues of integration cooperation in the Eurasian space and topical international problems," the press service noted.
Earlier, Berik Uali, Tokayev's press secretary, informed about the forthcoming visit to Moscow. Uali wrote on his Facebook that the visit of the head of Kazakhstan to Moscow will take place on February 10-11. Tokayev's press secretary added that on February 11 the president will meet with President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in Kazan and visit a number of large industrial enterprises of the republic.
Tokayev himself also said earlier that in mid-February he planned to visit Moscow and sign long-term agreements with the Russian Federation. He noted that relations between the two countries have always been close, constructive and partnership-based.
